Action Heroes Strategy Cards

The Action Heroes cards provide a resource to help children and their families learn and practice the strategies to improve their resilience. There are 72 cards in a pack.

Each of the six (6) characters has a card introducing themselves and their power. 

There are ten (10) strategy cards for each of the characters. Each strategy card has an image on one side and the strategy explained in text on the other side.

There are also four (4) instruction cards to: 

• build awareness of the strategies
• plan how and when to use them
• use the strategies in the moment, and
• review the results for next time
